We at Jurassic Yum are working hard to improve our diets, switching to wholesome and healthy foods as much as possible.

I have many dietary restrictions due to my health. Most importantly, these include being dairy and gluten free. After that, I am to avoid potatoes, white rice, red meat and overly processed or refined foods. I am trying to break my love for sweet things by replacing bad treats with nutritious ones.

My diet mostly consists of clean, whole, paleo, vegetarian and vegan dishes, although I am not vegetarian or vegan! I eat lean white meat once or twice a week, and I couldn't possibly go without eggs or honey! They are two of my all time favourite foods.
